This group is still a tad silent, but I don't know if that means inactive. I am hoping that when I post these challenge pieces you look at them and maybe try them out. I also hope that if you get stuck or have a question that you will ask me (MagicalJoey )

Don't be afraid to participate. Try things you haven't. Give it a go. You never know what talents might emerge.

We only have two admins. If you would like to be an admin and help teach people note MagicalJoey and we can see where things stand. This is just a case of passing along any skills or strengths you may have in critiquing pieces. So whether you are only 'good' at one thing or have many skills consider joining the team to teach whomever wishes to learn.

Encourage your friends to join. Encourage people who critique your work to join.
ONLY ONE RULE

 This is a LITERATURE critique group.

PROSE:
Party QuirksParty Quirks
24-1-15
Fella made it onto Whose Line Is It Anyway as the special guest for that week. He was ecstatic to meet his idols in the improv. comedy world – Ryan Stiles, Colin Mochrie and Wayne Brady. With Aisha Tyler calling the shots it was finally time for Fella’s favourite game...Party Quirks. He loved watching this game at home, and had even tried it a few times with his friends. Only it was never the same, always so easy to guess.
Ryan, Colin and Wayne were each given a card with a secret identity or quirk they had never seen before. Fella was playing the party host. When Aisha rang them in, the other three would enter as the guests embodied with these traits or quirks; Fella merely had to guess who or what they were...simple, right?
“Got the chips, dip...root beer.” Fella started the scene. Looking at his watch he mumbled “I said seven thirty...” and with that Aisha rang in Colin who immediately grabbed Fella’s butt.

NaPo #27Magic Smarties
27-4-15
When first my eyes were laid upon you I
Thought this a tactless joke, a jibe, a jest.
Some ‘happy pills’ to bring my mood up high
And stimulate emotion in my chest.
My second thought was that my woes were gone
For good, I now held magic in my hand
To bring about a new and glorious sun
Within my life. But cursed was the man
Who manufactured such accursed pills,
They did naught but turn my stomach around
And upon itself. I did naught but mill
About, until a new dosage was found
To work, and since then I’ve been glad that these
Pills can help me with my mental disease.

Please do make an effort to bring people in. This group could really help people if you, and they, give it a chance.
